It’s President’s Day! I figured I’d share with you my trip to our nation’s capital this past summer, as it is quite fitting for the holiday!
My family and I took a trip to Washington DC via train and it was.. a long ride let me just tell you that. We then visited a few different museums before going to eat and go to sleep for yet another busy, fun-filled day. The rest of the trip consisted of exploring the city and visiting a bunch of different museums and monuments that the city had to offer to its tourists.
It is a beautiful city and I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t already. My favorite museum in the city has to be the Smithsonian National Museum of American History just because it was sort of a modern twist on the way it was laid out. Very cool.
